Removal Procedure

2003 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo Extended, 6.0 USECTION Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the front passenger seat. Refer to SEAT REPLACEMENT .
  2. Remove the instrument panel lower extension, if equipped. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) EXTENSION REPLACEMENT .
  3. Remove the left knee bolster. Refer to KNEE BOLSTER REPLACEMENT - LEFT .
  4. Remove the right knee bolster. Refer to KNEE BOLSTER REPLACEMENT - RIGHT .
  5. Release the engine cover retainers (1, 3).
  6. Remove the engine cover from the vehicle (2).
