Removal Procedure

2003 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo Extended, 6.0 USECTION Removal Procedure
  1. Raise and support the hood.
  2. Remove the radiator grille. Refer to GRILLE REPLACEMENT (UPLEVEL) or GRILLE REPLACEMENT (BASE) .
  3. Remove the push pin rivet retainers retaining the hood latch cover (3) to the radiator support.
  4. Remove the hood latch cover (3) from the radiator support.
