Lower Insulator Panel: Removal

- Remove the screws that retain the instrument panel sound insulator to the knee bolster, instrument panel, heater assembly and the floor duct.
- Remove the instrument panel sound insulator from the vehicle. See Figure. Disconnect the electrical connector from the accessory power outlet, if equipped.
