Lower Insulator Panel: Removal

  1. Remove the screws that retain the instrument panel sound insulator to the knee bolster, instrument panel, heater assembly and the floor duct.
  2. Remove the instrument panel sound insulator from the vehicle. See Figure. Disconnect the electrical connector from the accessory power outlet, if equipped.
