NOTE:
Delphi CS130D (K68) 105-amp generator is serviced as a complete unit only.
- Disconnect negative battery cable.
- Remove drive belt from generator.
- Remove generator rear brace.
- Remove bolts (1, 3) and stud (2) from generator. See Fig 1 .
- Disconnect electrical connector from generator.
- Position aside protective boot from generator output BAT terminal for access.
- Remove generator output BAT terminal nut and remove positive battery cable from generator.
- Remove generator.
