Removal Procedure

2002 Chevrolet Chevy Express G3500, Van Passenger Extended, 8.1 GSECTION Removal Procedure
  1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to LIFTING AND JACKING THE VEHICLE .
  2. Disconnect the battery negative cable from the auxiliary battery. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect ProcedureΒ .
  3. Disconnect the negative ground leads from the frame.
  4. Remove the battery negative cable from the vehicle.
