Removal Procedure

2002 Chevrolet Chevy Express G3500, Van Passenger Extended, 8.1 GSECTION Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the rear passenger seats as needed. Refer to SEAT REPLACEMENT - REAR BENCH (ALL EXCEPT LUXURY) or SEAT REPLACEMENT - REAR BENCH (LUXURY Y91) .
  2. Remove the passenger side rear corner trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Right Rear CornerΒ .
  3. Grasp and gently pull the passenger side body side trim panel in order to disengage the retaining clips.
  4. Remove the passenger side body side trim panel from the vehicle.
  5. Inspect the passenger side body side trim panel for broken or missing retaining clips. Replace the clips as needed.
