Instrument Panel Cluster: Installation
Position instrument cluster to vehicle. Install screws (2) that retain the instrument cluster to instrument panel carrier. Tighten screws to N.m (18 lb in). Install instrument panel cluster trim plate. Tilt steering column to up position, if equipped. Connect negative battery cable.
