Removal Procedure

2002 Chevrolet Chevy Express G3500, Van Passenger Extended, 8.1 GSECTION Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the sliding side door upper roller bracket cover. Refer to Roller Bracket Cover Replace - Sliding Door Upper .
  2. Remove the sliding side door upper track garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding - Rear Side Door Upper Track .
  3. Remove the sliding side door upper trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Sliding Door Upper .
  4. Remove the passenger side front corner garnish molding. Refer to GARNISH MOLDING REPLACEMENT - RIGHT SIDE FRONT .
  5. Remove the bolts that retain the upper roller bracket to the door.
  6. Remove the sliding side door upper roller bracket from the rear of the upper track.
  7. Remove the sliding side door upper roller bracket from the vehicle.
