Removal Procedure
2002 Chevrolet Chevy Express G3500, Van Passenger Extended, 8.1 GSECTION Removal Procedure
- Remove the sliding side door upper roller bracket cover. Refer to Roller Bracket Cover Replace - Sliding Door UpperΒ .
- Remove the sliding side door upper track garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding - Rear Side Door Upper TrackΒ .
- Remove the sliding side door upper trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Sliding Door UpperΒ .
- Remove the passenger side front corner garnish molding. Refer to GARNISH MOLDING REPLACEMENT - RIGHT SIDE FRONT .
- Remove the bolts that retain the upper roller bracket to the door.
- Remove the sliding side door upper roller bracket from the rear of the upper track.
- Remove the sliding side door upper roller bracket from the vehicle.
