- If door system diagnostic system check has been performed, go to next step. If door system diagnostic system check has not been performed, go to DOOR SYSTEM DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM.
- Operate driver window. If driver window operates normally with exception of express down function, go to next step. If any other driver window functions are inoperative, repair other symptoms first. See SYMPTOM INDEX table.
- Replace master window switch. See MASTER WINDOW SWITCH under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. After repairs, go to next step.
- Operate driver window to verify repair. If driver window operates correctly with express down function, system is okay. If driver window does not operate correctly with express down function, go to step 2 .
