2002 Chevrolet Avalanche 2500, RWDSECTION Rear Integration Module

  1. Ensure scan tool has been updated with latest software version.
  2. Connect scan tool to Data Link Connector (DLC). DLC is located below driver side of instrument panel, near steering column.
  3. Turn ignition switch to RUN position.
  4. Under chassis main menu, select REAR INTEGRATION MODULE (RIM).
  5. Under RIM main menu, select RECALIBRATION.
  6. Follow scan tool instructions to recalibrate automatic level control.
  7. Turn ignition switch to OFF for 10 seconds. Turn ignition switch to RUN. Use scan tool to clear all history DTCs. Reset owner desired memory settings (seats, mirrors, radio, A/C).
