Installation Procedure

2002 Chevrolet Avalanche 2500, RWDSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Connect the electrical connector (1) to the door lock receiver (2).
  2. Install the door lock receiver to the I/P trim pad.
  3. Install the I/P trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) UPPER in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  4. Program the transmitter to the new receiver. Refer to TRANSMITTER PROGRAMMINGΒ  .
