Installation Procedure

2002 Chevrolet Avalanche 2500, RWDSECTION Installation Procedure
  1. Install the seat cushion heater element, if equipped. Refer to Seat Cushion Heater Element Replacement - FrontΒ .
  2. Install the seat cushion pad to the seat cushion frame.

  4. Using a side motion, carefully pull the seat cushion cover onto the frame pad.

  6. Attach the seat trim cover to the seat cushion frame.

  8. Install the lumbar actuator (5).
  9. Install the seat switch bezel. Refer to Seat Switch Bezel ReplacementΒ .

  11. Place the cushion on the rear plastic holders (1) on the underside of the seat cushion, and push rearward.

  13. Connect the lumbar cable to the underside of the seat cushion (6). Connect the lumbar wire harness (if equipped with power lumbar).
  14. Connect the electrical connectors.
