Removal Procedure
2001 Chevrolet Suburban C1500SECTION Removal Procedure
- Remove the assist handles, if equipped. Refer to Assist Handle Replacement (Utility Rear) , Assist Handle Replacement (Front) in Interior Trim.
- Remove the windshield pillar moldings. Refer to Windshield Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.
- Remove the sunshades. Refer to Sunshade Replacement in Interior Trim.
- Remove the overhead console, if equipped. Refer to Roof Console Replacement (Full Length) , Roof Console Replacement (Short Length) in Interior Trim.
- Remove the center pillar garnish moldings. Refer to Center Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.
- Lower the front of the headliner down to access the auxiliary HVAC control processor.
- Disconnect the electrical connector from the auxiliary HVAC control processor.
- Remove the HVAC control processor from the headliner.
