Installation Procedure
2001 Chevrolet Suburban C1500SECTION Installation Procedure
- Install the HVAC control processor to the headliner.
- Connect the electrical connector to the auxiliary HVAC control processor.
- Raise the front of the headliner back into place.
- Install garnish moldings. Refer to Center Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.
- Install the overhead console, if equipped. Refer to Roof Console Replacement (Full Length) , Roof Console Replacement (Short Length) in Interior Trim.
- Install the sunshades. Refer to Sunshade Replacement in Interior Trim.
- Install the windshield pillar moldings. Refer to Windshield Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.
- Install the assist handles, if equipped. Refer to Assist Handle Replacement (Utility Rear) , Assist Handle Replacement (Front) in Interior Trim.
- Calibrate the HVAC module actuators. Refer to Actuator Recalibration in HVAC Systems - Automatic.
