Removal Procedure

2001 Chevrolet Suburban C1500SECTION Removal Procedure
  1. Record the lock code before removal (if equipped).
  2. Remove the instrument panel trim bezel. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement .
  3. Fig 1: Radio Retainers

  4. Push down on the retainers in order to release the radio retainers.
  5. Fig 2: Radio

  6. Slide the radio forward in order to remove the radio.
  7. Fig 3: Electrical Connectors & Antenna Connection

  8. Remove the electrical connectors and the antenna connection.
