2001 Chevrolet Suburban C1500SECTION Removal Procedure
    CAUTION:

    Refer to BATTERY DISCONNECT CAUTION in Cautions and Notices.

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable(s).
  2. Fig 1: Knee Bolster & Bolts

  3. Remove the knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement (Luxury) , Knee Bolster Replacement (Non-Luxury) .
  4. Fig 2: Harness Connectors

  5. Disconnect the brown connector.
  6. Disconnect all other connectors (1).
  7. Remove the BCM from the sliding bracket.
