- Remove the headlamp assembly from the vehicle. Refer to Headlamp Assembly or Headlamp Bulb Replacement .
- Disconnect the electrical connector from the headlamp bulb/socket.
- Remove the headlamp capsule bolts from the headlamp bracket.
- Remove the headlamp capsule from the headlamp bracket.
- Remove the headlamp bulb/socket retaining ring from the capsule by rotating counterclockwise.
- Remove the headlamp bulb/socket from the capsule.
