2001 Chevrolet Chevy Express G3500, Van Passenger Extended, 6.5 FSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Ensure that the caliper bolt boots (3) are properly installed.

  3. Install the caliper (1) to the caliper bracket (2).
  4. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  5. Install the brake caliper bolts.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the bolts to 54 N.m (40 lb ft).

  6. Remove the plugs in the brake hose end.
