- Install the inflatable restraint steering wheel module coil (1) to the steering shaft (2).
- Center the inflatable restraint steering wheel module coil. Refer to Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Coil Centering in Steering Wheel and Column.
- Route the lower coil wire harness along the steering column jacket.
- Install the wire harness straps to the steering column wire harness.
- Install the upper and lower shrouds. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers Replacement in Steering Wheel and Column.
- Install the steering wheel. Refer to Steering Wheel Replacement in Steering Wheel and Column.
- Install the inflatable restraint steering wheel module. Refer to Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Replacement (Aztek)Β or Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Replacement (Rendezvous)Β .
- Enable the SIR System. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling Zone 3Β .
