Radio Chime Level Selection
Important: The Chime Level option does not contain a sub-menu. The Chime Level setting has an option of setting a normal chime or a loud chime when the radio is replaced.
In order to set the Chime Level, begin at the Special Functions screen. Repeat the Radio Setup Procedure if needed.
- At the Special Functions screen, select SET OPTIONS.
- At the Set Options screen, select CHIME SETTINGS.
- At the Chime Settings screen, select CHIME LEVEL.

When to See a Mechanic
Stop DIY work and contact a certified mechanic immediately if any of the following apply:
