2001 Chevrolet Chevy Express G3500, Van Passenger Extended, 6.5 FSECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Use J 9886-01Β  Door Handle Clip Remover in order to remove the window regulator handle, if equipped.
  2. Remove the window regulator handle bezel, if equipped.
  3. Remove the front door garnish. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Front Door FrontΒ .

  4. Remove the front door trim plate (1). Refer to Door Trim Plate Replacement (Manual Windows)Β  or Door Trim Plate Replacement (Power Windows)Β  or Door Trim Plate Replacement (Side/Rear Door)Β  .
  5. Remove the screws from the armrest.
  6. Lift up on the front door trim panel in order to release the retaining tabs (2) on the front door trim panel.
  7. Remove the front door trim panel from the vehicle.
