2001 Chevrolet Chevy Express G3500, Van Passenger Extended, 6.5 FSECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the passenger side body side trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - RIGHT BODY SIDE .
  2. Remove the sliding side door lower trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Sliding Door LowerΒ .
  3. Remove the sliding side door center track stop nuts and washers from the vehicle.
  4. Remove the sliding side door center track stop from the vehicle.
  5. Remove the sliding side door center track cap nut and plate from the vehicle.
  6. Remove the sliding side door center track cap from the vehicle.
  7. Remove the sliding side door center roller bracket. Refer to Roller Bracket Replacement - CenterΒ .
  8. Remove the nuts and the washers that retain the sliding side door center track to the body.
  9. Remove the sliding side door center track from the vehicle.
