2001 Chevrolet Chevy Express G3500, Van Passenger Extended, 6.5 FSECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Open and support the sliding side door.
  2. Remove the passenger side body side trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - RIGHT BODY SIDE .
  3. Remove the sliding side door center track stop nuts and washers from the vehicle.
  4. Remove the sliding side door center track stop from the vehicle.
  5. Remove the sliding side door center track cap from the vehicle.

  6. Remove the upper roller bolts from the sliding side door.

  7. Remove the lower roller bolts from the sliding side door.
  8. With an assistant, slide the sliding side door out of the rear of the center track.
