EVAP Canister: Installation
2001 Chevrolet Chevy Express G3500, Van Passenger Extended, 6.5 FSECTION Installation

- Install EVAP canister (1) to vehicle underbody and secure with the 3 bolts (2).
- Tighten the EVAP canister bracket support bolts (2) to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONSΒ .
- Connect 3 EVAP hoses (3) to EVAP canister (1). See Figure .
- Connect EVAP pressure switching solenoid harness connector (4).
- Connect EVAP vapor line (1) to EVAP canister port by pinching both sides of the hose connector (1). See Figure .
- Connect ORVR vent line (1) to EVAP canister port by pinching both sides of the hose connector (1). See Figure .
- Lower vehicle.
