Installation Procedure
- Refer to FASTENER NOTICE
in Cautions and Notices.
Install the intake air heater in the inlet pipe.
Tighten
Tighten the intake air heater to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).
- Connect the intake air heater harness connector.
Tighten
Tighten the air intake heater electrical nut to 5 N.m (44 lb in).
- Install the upper intake manifold sight shield.
Tighten
Tighten the upper intake manifold sight shield bolt to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

When to See a Mechanic
