  1. Remove the fan clutch. Refer to Fan Clutch ReplacementΒ .
  2. Disconnect the camshaft position sensor connector.
  3. Remove the 3 retaining bolts and 2 nuts for the cooling fan pulley.
  4. Remove the cooling fan pulley assembly.
  5. Remove the cooling fan pulley insulator pad.
