- Remove the fan clutch. Refer to Fan Clutch Replacement .
- Disconnect the camshaft position sensor connector.
- Remove the 3 retaining bolts and 2 nuts for the cooling fan pulley.
- Remove the cooling fan pulley assembly.
- Remove the cooling fan pulley insulator pad.
