  1. Remove the retaining bolts (2)
  2. Remove the bolt (4) from the right side head.
  3. Remove the nuts (5) from the exhaust manifold.
  4. Remove the EGR valve pipe (3).
  5. Remove the gaskets (1) and (6).
  6. Clean the EGR valve pipe mounting surfaces of dirt and debris.
