- Remove the retaining bolts (2)
- Remove the bolt (4) from the right side head.
- Remove the nuts (5) from the exhaust manifold.
- Remove the EGR valve pipe (3).
- Remove the gaskets (1) and (6).
- Clean the EGR valve pipe mounting surfaces of dirt and debris.
