- Using a small flat bladed tool, open the assist handle covers.
- Remove the screws from the assist handle.
- Remove the assist handle.
Important:Β The plastic retainers to the side rail lamp base plate might drop out. Note the location of the retainers.
- Remove the side rail lamp base plate.
- If necessary, pull the service loop loose from the glue.
- Disconnect the electrical connector from the side rail lamp.
- Slide the lamp socket from the base plate.
- Remove the bulb if necessary.
