- Vehicle is in a decel (MAP less than 30 kPa).
- Engine run time is more than 200 seconds.
- ECT is 41-239Β°F (5-115Β°C).
- IAT is more than 32Β°F (0Β°C).
- TP angle change is less than 5 percent.
- STFT is 119-133.
- Ignition voltage is more than 11.7 volts.
- Engine speed is more than 1150 RPM (A/T) or 1000 RPM (M/T).
- Airflow is less than 127 grams per second.
- Commanded air/fuel ratio is fixed at 8 percent (13.5:1)
- Loop status is closed.
- No HO2S1 DTCs are set.
DTC sets when AIR system is commanded on and HO2S1 voltage is more than 50 millivolts (not sufficiently indicating lean) for 3, 3 second tests.
