- Install the fan blade to the fan clutch.NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
- Install the fan blade mounting bolts.
Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 33 N.m (24 lb ft).
- Install the fan clutch assembly to the water pump using the J 46406
.
Tighten
Tighten the fan clutch to 56 N.m (40 lb ft).
- Install the upper fan shroud. Refer to FAN SHROUD REPLACEMENT .
