- Open the rear compartment lid.
- Remove the compartment trim panels. Refer to COMPARTMENT TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT--REAR . Disconnect the tail lamp harness connector (1).
- Remove the tail lamp fasteners.
- Remove the tail lamp assembly (3) from the vehicle.
- While supporting the tail lamp assembly (3), remove the tail lamp harness grommet (2).
