Install the daytime running lamp (DRL) ambient light sensor to the DRL ambient light sensor connector.

Position the DRL ambient light sensor to the opening in the I/P upper trim panel. Twist the DRL ambient light sensor 1/4 turn clockwise.
Verify that the DRL ambient light sensor wiring harness will not be pinched when the I/P upper trim panel is installed. Working from right to left, press down on the I/P upper trim panel in order to engage the retainers to the I/P upper trim pad.
Refer to the following procedure to install the windshield pillar garnish moldings:
- Position the garnish molding by the front pillar.
- Push on the molding to engage the 2 clips.
- Press the weatherstrip back onto the pinchweld flange.
