EVAP Canister: Installation

2001 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Passenger Extended, 5.0 MSECTION Installation

Install EVAP canister onto EVAP canister bracket. Install EVAP vent solenoid to EVAP canister, if necessary. Install EVAP vent solenoid electrical connector. Install 3 EVAP canister-to-body underbody fasteners. Tighten the EVAP canister-to-body nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  . Reconnect EVAP canister hoses. Lower vehicle from hoist.
