2001 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Passenger Extended, 5.0 MSECTION Removal & Installation

NOTE: This procedure includes all door modules.
  1. Remove door trim panel. See DOOR LOCKS - AURORA article.
  2. Disconnect harness connectors and remove door trim panel. Disconnect harness connectors from door module. Remove door module fasteners and door module. See Fig 1.
  3. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten door module fasteners to 62 INCH Lbs. (7 N.m).
