- Install the air temperature door to the HVAC module. See Figure. Install the air temperature door linkage and actuator.
- Install the evaporator front cover to the evaporator case. Install the A/C accumulator (if equipped). See ACCUMULATOR in REMOVAL & INSTALLATION MANUAL A/C-HEATER SYSTEMS article. Connect the negative battery cable.
- Install the coolant recovery reservoir or the surge tank. Evacuate and recharge the A/C system (on vehicles with A/C). See RECOVERY, EVACUATING & RECHARGING in GENERAL SERVICING PROCEDURES article in GENERAL SERVICING.
