2001 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo Extended, 5.7 R, L31/KL8SECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the washer solvent from the washer solvent container.
  2. Remove the front fender liner. Refer to FRONT FENDER LINER REPLACEMENT in Body Front End.
  3. Disconnect the washer pump electrical connector.

  4. Disconnect the washer pump hose.
  5. Using a small flat-bladed tool, remove the washer pump from the washer solvent container.
  6. Using a small flat-bladed tool, remove the seal from the washer solvent container.
