  1. Mark the harness grommet at the edge of the opening in the hinge pillar to aid in determining the depth to reinstall the grommet on reassembly.

  3. Disconnect the harness grommet from the hinge pillar.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

  6. Mark the location of the hinges on the pillar.
  7. Support the door.
  8. Remove the bolts attaching the hinges to the hinge pillar.
  9. Remove the door.
  10. Transfer parts as necessary.
