- Before proceeding, see SERVICE PRECAUTIONS . Disable air bag system. See DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM .
- Remove driver seat. Fold back carpet to access SDM. Remove Connector Position Assurance (CPA) clip and disconnect SDM harness connector. Remove SDM fasteners. See Figure . Remove SDM.
