DTCs are retrieved by performing powertrain diagnostic system check with Tech 2 scan tool, or other OBD-II compatible scan tool connected to OBD-II 16-pin Data Link Connector (DLC). See VEHICLE ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECKΒ  . See Fig 1 . DLC is located under left side of dash.
