Park/Neutral Position Switch: Removal

Apply the parking brake. Block the wheels. Place the vehicle in the Neutral position. Remove the throttle body air inlet duct. Remove the shift cable from the PNP switch. Disconnect the PNP switch electrical connectors. Remove the manual selector lever nut. Remove the manual selector lever. Remove the PNP switch mounting bolts. See Figure . Remove the PNP switch.
