- Install the power steering pump reservoir to the power steering pump. Refer to Power Steering Reservoir Replacement - Off Vehicle (CB Series) .
- Install the power steering pump pulley to the power steering pump. Refer to POWER STEERING PULLEY REPLACEMENT .
- Position the power steering pump to the vehicle.
- Install the power steering pump mounting bolts.
Tighten Tighten the power steering pump mounting bolts to 34 N.m (25 lb ft).
- Install the wiring harness to the wiring harness retainer located on the power steering pump reservoir.
- Install the power steering return hose to the power steering pump.
- Install the power steering pressure hose to the power steering pump.
- Install the accessory drive belt. Refer to DRIVE BELT REPLACEMENT .
- Flush the power steering system. Refer to FLUSHING THE POWER STEERING SYSTEM .
- Bleed the power steering system. Refer to BLEEDING THE POWER STEERING SYSTEM .
- Inspect the system for leaks. Refer to POWER STEERING FLUID LEAKS .
