- Place window in the full up position.
- Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front DoorΒ .
- Remove the door module. Refer to Door Control Module ReplacementΒ .
- Remove the inside door handle. Refer to Door Handle Replacement - Front InsideΒ .
- Remove the water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Front DoorΒ .
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.
- Disconnect the lock cylinder rod from the door latch.
- Disconnect the outside door handle rod (1) from the door latch by opening the clip (2).
- Remove the fasteners from the door latch.
- Remove the door latch from the door with the inside door handle and lock rods attached.
