2001 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo Extended, 5.7 R, L31/KL8SECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the ambient light sensor (2) into the defroster grille (1).
  2. Turn the ambient light sensor 1/4 turn clock wise in order to secure the sensor to the defroster grill.
  3. Connect the electrical connector to the ambient light sensor (2).
  4. Align defroster grille with I/P upper trim pad.
  5. Secure the defroster grille to I/P upper trim pad by pressing downward in order to engage the retainers.
