Remote Activation Verification
Continue with the following steps in order to personalize the remote activation verification feature:
- Press and hold the driver side power door unlock switch to personalize the remote unlock verification.
- Press the UNLOCK button on the desired transmitter.
The vehicle will remain in the current mode. The chime will sound a number of times equivalent to the mode number.
- Press the UNLOCK button on the desired transmitter again in order to advance to the next mode. Again the chime will sound a number of times equivalent to the mode number.
- Continue to press the UNLOCK button on the desired transmitter until the desired mode is reached.
- Press and hold the driver side power door lock switch to personalize the remote lock verification.
- Press the LOCK button on the desired transmitter.
The vehicle will remain in the current mode. The chime will sound a number of times equivalent to the mode number.
- Press the LOCK button on the desired transmitter again in order to advance to the next mode. Again the chime will sound a number of times equivalent to the mode number.
- Continue to press the LOCK button on the desired transmitter until the desired mode is reached.
