- Install the gasket and the water pump.
- Install the water pump bolts.
- Install the water pump pulley.
- Install the water pump pulley bolts.
Tighten:
Tighten the bolts to 13 N.m (115 in lbs)
- Install the power steering pump. Refer to POWER STEERING PUMP REPLACEMENT (3.8L) or POWER STEERING PUMP REPLACEMENT (3.1L)
- Install the drive belt. Refer to DRIVE BELT REPLACEMENT (L36) or DRIVE BELT REPLACEMENT (L67)
- Install the accessory wiring junction block.
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System
- Inspect for leaks.
