CAUTION: DO NOT remove radiator cap when radiator is warm. Removing cap immediately lowers boiling point of coolant and could cause a violent overflow, resulting in large coolant loss and personal injury.

Fill radiator to base of radiator neck with a 50/50 mixture of ethylene glycol coolant and water. Fill reservoir up to FULL mark and align marks on cap and reservoir. Run engine until coolant is at running temperature. Add coolant as necessary to radiator until coolant reaches radiator fill neck. Install radiator cap and check for leaks.
