2001 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo Extended, 5.7 R, L31/KL8SECTION Astro & Safari
  1. Disconnect master window switch assembly connector. Turn ignition switch to RUN position. Connect a test light between ground and master window switch assembly connector C1 terminal "L" (Yellow wire). See Fig 1 . If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, repair open in Yellow wire between master window switch assembly connector and instrument panel fuse block. See WIRING DIAGRAMSΒ  .
  2. Connect a test light between master window switch assembly connector C1 terminal "L" (Yellow wire) and master window switch assembly connector C2 terminal "C" (Black wire). See Fig 2 . If test light illuminates, replace master window switch assembly. If test light does not illuminate, repair open in Black wire between master window switch assembly connector C2 terminal "C" and ground. See WIRING DIAGRAMSΒ  . Retest system.
