Front-End Discriminating Sensor: Removal
2001 Chevrolet Cavalier LS, 2.4 TSECTION Removal
- Before proceeding, see AIR BAG SAFETY PRECAUTIONS . Disable air bag system. See DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM .
- Forward discriminating sensor is located next to hood latch bracket. Remove CPA clip and disconnect sensor connector. Remove sensor mounting bolts. Remove sensor. See Figure.
