Fill Line Union (Check Valve): Removal

NOTE:
The fill line union may also be referred to as check valve.
- Relieve the CNG fuel system pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE (CNG)Β .
- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the fuel tank cover. See Figure.
- Remove the tank vent boot cover nuts and the cover.
- Disconnect the three harness connectors.
- Loosen the clamp at the tank vent boot and peel back the boot to expose the union. See Figure.
- Disconnect the fill lines at the union.
- Remove the fill line union.
