  • Engine run time is more than 40 seconds.
  • Engine speed is 600-6375 RPM.
  • Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) is stable to within 1.2 percent.
  • Engine speed is stable within 50 RPM.
  • IAC valve is stable within 5 counts.
  • Conditions are present for 1.5 seconds.
